Delivery availability depends on the destination, the items in your bag and the shipping options configured by the retailer. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available services and charges before placing an order.

Before you place an order

• Check the destination, postal code and contact details carefully.
• Review the selected delivery method, delivery charge and order total.
• Confirm any destination restrictions, dispatch estimates and customs arrangements with client services.

Dispatch and tracking

Dispatch and transit are separate stages. If tracking is available for the selected service, use the shipment information supplied by the retailer to follow your parcel. Contact client services if a delivery update is unclear or a parcel arrives damaged.

International destinations

Currency, tax and import arrangements can vary by destination. Ask the retailer whether additional charges are included before ordering; this demonstration does not promise worldwide delivery or a fixed delivery time.

Contact client services with your order reference as soon as possible. Changes depend on the order’s fulfilment status and cannot be assumed until confirmed.
