Terms & conditions
Demonstration content. This sample describes an illustrative shopping experience. Product measurements and store policies must be confirmed by the retailer before purchase.
Before you shop.
These sample terms outline topics to review when shopping online. They are demonstration content, not a contract for a named retailer. A live retailer must publish its identity, contact details and terms appropriate to its products, territories and sales process.
Products and availability
Read the product description, composition, care instructions, fit information and selected options before ordering. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours. Demonstration images and measurements are illustrative.
Prices and order totals
Review the displayed currency, tax information, shipping charge and total at checkout. Confirm any additional destination-related charges with the retailer before submitting an order.
Placing an order
Check your details carefully before submission. The live terms must explain when an order is accepted, how errors are corrected and what happens if an item cannot be supplied. An automated acknowledgement should not be assumed to define acceptance without reviewing those terms.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Read the delivery and returns information before purchase. Applicable statutory consumer rights are not removed by store policies. The retailer must publish the conditions, deadlines and procedures relevant to its market.
Accounts and responsible use
Keep account credentials private, provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Contact client services if you believe your account or an order has been used without permission.
Questions or complaints
Contact the retailer with the order reference and a clear description of the issue. A live policy must identify the appropriate complaint route and any applicable dispute-resolution information.
