The payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. This demonstration does not guarantee that a particular card, wallet, instalment service or payment provider is enabled.

Before confirming payment

• Check the product selection, size, colour and quantities.
• Review the currency, shipping charge, tax information and final total.
• Confirm that your billing and delivery details are correct.

Authentication

Your payment provider may request an additional authentication step. Follow the instructions in its payment interface and return to the store to check the outcome.

If a payment is interrupted

Check for an order confirmation before trying again. A pending bank authorisation may not mean that an order was accepted. Contact client services with your order reference or a brief description of the issue.

Keep your details private

Do not send your full card number, security code, password or bank verification code through the contact form or email. Use the payment interface offered at checkout.

Refund questions

Contact the retailer about an approved refund. Processing and bank display times depend on the original payment method and provider.
